Smooth DIY Reship experience

I used the DIY Reship Service for a few purchases from 1688. The process of getting my warehouse address and updating tracking was clear. Parcel consolidation worked well; they combined three packages into one. I chose China to Malaysia Air Freight, and it took 7 days to reach me in Johor Bahru, which is reasonable. The packaging was secure, and all items arrived in good condition. I also used the Parcel Inspection Service, and they sent photos, which was helpful. Overall, a solid service for managing your own orders.

Good for Taobao orders

Used the Taobao Proxy Buying service. It was straightforward. My items arrived in about 15 days via sea freight. No issues with the order itself. Customer service responded quickly when I had a question about tracking.

Consistent service, reliable delivery

This was my fifth time using Oops, mostly for 1688 Proxy Buying and Parcel Consolidation. I usually go for the Sea Freight Big Parcel option. This time, I had some oversized items, and they handled it well, just like before. Delivery took about 20 days to Penang, which is pretty standard for sea freight. Their process has been consistently reliable. I keep coming back because their rates are competitive and I haven't had any lost parcels. One time a previous order was a bit slower, but this one was on time.

Amazing assisted purchase!

Wow, I used the Assisted Purchase Service for some specific items from Taobao, and it was so easy! They handled everything, including payment fulfillment, which was a huge relief. My items arrived safely and exactly as described. The China to Malaysia Sea Freight was fast enough for me, just under two weeks. I am so happy with how smoothly it went. Definitely using them again for my next shopping spree!

I'm looking at ordering from 1688, but I'm worried about getting scammed. Is Oops legit for proxy buying?

L Linda Phillips 1 month ago
I've used them for 1688 a few times, no issues so far. They handle the communication with the sellers and even do photo verification if you ask.

Yeah, they're pretty reliable. Been using them for years for various Chinese sites. They're definitely not a scam, if that's what you're asking.

What's the deal with 'sensitive goods'? Is it a big hassle to ship electronics or branded stuff?

D Danielle L. 1 month ago
They have a specific option for sensitive goods, which includes electronics and things like liquids. It might cost a tiny bit more but it gets through. I shipped a power bank last month no problem.

Just make sure you declare it correctly when you submit the order. They'll advise if it's considered sensitive. Better safe than sorry.

Need to top up my account balance. What payment methods do they accept? Just online banking or e-wallets too?

M Mary T. 2 weeks ago
They accept a few options. I usually use online banking, but I think they have e-wallets too. Check the top-up page, it lists everything.

Pretty sure it's FPX for online banking and some e-wallets. Very standard stuff. It's usually instant too.

Thinking of trying Oops for my next haul, but I've used BuyMall before. How do they compare, especially on rates or speed?

A Alex Jackson 1 month ago
I switched from BuyMall to Oops a while back. I find Oops's rates a bit more competitive, especially for sea freight. Speed is pretty similar in my experience.

Honestly, they're both decent. Oops sometimes has better promos around festival times, so I usually check both before deciding. Customer service for Oops feels a bit quicker too.

Hey, thinking of using Oops for some Taobao stuff. How long does the sea freight usually take to KL?

A Amanda R. 1 week ago
From my last few orders, it's usually around 2-3 weeks for sea freight to KL. Sometimes quicker, sometimes a little longer if there's a holiday.

E Elizabeth T. 1 week ago
Yeah, pretty much what the other person said. I've had some stuff arrive in 15 days, other times it's been closer to a month. Just depends on customs sometimes.
